Yes, her registered name really is Popsicle! Named for the cold night she was born and deserted by her mother to be taken by another mare that didn't even have a foal. By the time we got her in she was so cold her body temperature had dropped to below 90 degrees. She spent a couple of nights in the basement on a bottle beside the wood furnace before going on to the barn and back to her dam that was finally convinced to raise her. She soon developed into a lovely filly with a very sweet disposition. |

She has beautiful movement and wonderful disposition and will excel at most disciplines and will make an excellent partner and trail mount. She now has a beautiful filly by Tap The Till, lovely Thoroughbred son of Tap The Mint. She sells with filly at side and a breeding back to one of our stallions if you like. She is a lovely mare and an asset to any serious breeding program. Considerations to a good breeding home. She foaled easily and is an excellent mama to her new filly. Sound and healthy. Sonna is a lovely Quarter Horse mare that is sound and healthy, has no bad habits and produces excellent foals. She is only being sold as she is not tall enough to fit into our sport horse breeding program. She had a beautiful 2002 Champagne filly, and another Champagne filly in 2003 by Glasseyed Doc, an own son of Doc's prescription. Sonna produced a gorgeous Champagne colt for us for 2004.
